Why It Matters

One body, a whole family

A range hood panel is large, visible, and expensive to tool. We mold it once, finish it to match your stainless, and design interchangeable inserts so one panel can carry multiple models and trim levels.

  • Molded once, finished to match any stainless line
  • Interchangeable inserts serve a whole product family
  • Built to shrug off heat, grease, and daily cleaning

How It's Built

Engineered layer by layer

A hood panel has to look like solid stainless and survive heat and grease. We mold the body, finish it to match, and design the insert and mesh to drop in cleanly.

  1. 01 Panel body Injection-molded or formed substrate, sized to the hood.
  2. 02 Match finish PVD or paint finished to match the stainless line.
  3. 03 Interchangeable insert Snap-in insert lets one body serve multiple SKUs.
  4. 04 Mesh & baffle Grease mesh and baffle features molded or mounted in.
  5. 05 Mounting Clips, studs, and gaskets applied for a clean install.
