How It's Built
Engineered layer by layer
A badge looks simple and is anything but. We cast or stamp the substrate, finish it, fill the recesses with color, and add the mounting — all under one roof, so the layers are built to work together.
- 01 Substrate Cast aluminum, stamped steel, or stainless — sized to your spec.
- 02 Decorative finish Anodize, plate, or brush the plate to match your brand.
- 03 Backfill color Recessed areas paint-filled and color-matched.
- 04 Protective layer Optional clear coat or poly dome for years of durability.
- 05 Mounting PSA adhesive, studs, or snap features applied in-house.
